None are listed on HQ website for Germany. There are some in Italy if you want a side trip.

There are German IDPA members who shot the postal match in 2009. They shot the match in Italy though.

Well, it's a little sad conerning many countries, especially in Europe where they're having a hard time even shooting IPSC legally. In the european mindset, IDPA would be considered "political incorrect". Another thing is, that since they don't have any C...

I a lot of European countries, Germany included, you won't be able to use the IDPA target. It has a head and that's a no-no.

The B-27 target used in PPC was redesigned without the head so that PPC could be shot.

A picture of this target is s...

There is a European IDPA target. I have one. I'm not sure if it is still a prototype or if IDPA accepted it fully but I know some of the regions over there use it.

The European target makes a lot of sense. I know the old guard would argue it is caving to the anti-gun crowd but from a scoring perpective it changes nothing and reflects IDPA as a sport more so than our existing target where some regard IDPA as being p...

And it looks to me like the it would be less likely to have the head droop, or bend down, especially when having to bag the targets during inclement weather. Personally, I think I would prefer it for that reason alone.

Thanks for all the replies. I returned from Germany a couple of weeks ago. Among my working colleagues there is little interest in shooting. Next year I am going to find a gun store and see if they know of any local events.

Hi guys !

None of us have heard about any special "European target" !

As far as we know you can use the same targets as anywhere else, U.S. included - head etc included!

In general: inside EU (not to be confuded to Europe)...
